Art Opening and Live Performance pre-show set up for live imprints.  Three frames suspended from the ceiling to create a 3D illusion for the imprints which would be pressed against the back wall

Each model was painted every hour & a half and imprinted on the wall behind their chair over the course of the evening

The audience was at a distance as they watched through lighting gel

Imprints were completed using chalks, pastels, markers, feathers and mosaic tiles rather than the usual acrylic paints

All three models imprints completed and they remain posed until the event closes

Closing Night of the Show ... I returned a week later to paint over the images with white paint!

This Charity Event was a benefit for the Aids Service Center of Pasadena.  A 5' x 8' mural of imprints called "Bodies of Awareness" with 3 models was created live at the event.

First in was David, who dedicated his participation to his son whom he lost to Aids 10yrs ago

then the gorgeous and brave Marcy!

Last in was the generous Michael after his imprint with the final mural!

This was my Day of the Dead Alter presentation called American Woman ... honoring those lost in the 911 tragedy.  This photo was used as the front of the postcard for the event!
